Tsmc 7nm is actually less dense and power efficient than intels original 10nm specs.
Even now (meaning what they will come up with in 2020) they are roughly equal.
10nm or 7nm or 5nm is pretty much a marketing term at this point and you can’t compare one fab’s process to another..
